Genesis of the Promoter Education Society
Land:
Krishna, the river, enlivens the people’s prosperity and the natural scenic- beauty in many villages of the district named after it. Gudlavalleru is one village of such rural grandeur, well known for its people striving successfully in self-endeavors, collective competence, educational enthusiasm and spirited pursuit of success. With these attributes, the Gudlavalleruians could become pioneers in rice-milling industry over a century ago, initiators in diary and poultry industries nearly sixty years before, and have been patrons of general education for about eight decades, promoters of technical education over the last forty years. As all the Villagers became the stake holders in the entrepreneurial progress, Gudlavalleru become the ALL INDIA BEST PANCHAYAT in 1972.
Promoter Society:
Dynamism is the law of life for many people of Gudlavalleru. Two of such dynamic philanthropists, Sri Adusumilli Aswardha Narayana Murthy and Sri Vallurupalli Venkata ama Seshadri Rao formed an educational Society after their names, Shortly known as A.A.N.M. & V.V.R.S.R Educational Society in 1981 with the Regd. No. 94/1981 dated 31-03-1981. The Society had initially seven members of Management Committee.
